Spruce Burl Bowl with live-outer-edge
This bowl is turned from a large spruce burl with the outer edge left in natural bark. Reminiscent of a giant pitted avocado in shape, it is relatively thick with a wide rim to show of the circular grain and has a nice raised lip detail to highlight the inner bowl. The foot is flattened to ensure its stable. It is approximately 13 - 16 ” in diameter and 3 - 3/4” tall. It has a smooth flat-finished bottom and is very stable.
